Cabanatuan City Police Station - P/CDT Herald Angelo Briton and P/CDT Gio Parchamento observed on how to draft a Spot Report. Police Staff Sergeant Corpuz assisted us with daily tasks inside the police station. PSSg Corpuz taught us the proper way to do a spot report after the vehicular accident which transpired at Brgy. Magsaysay Norte, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. 

A spot report is an immediate first investigation or incident report sent to a higher office up to the headquarters regarding the commission of the crime, the occurrence of the natural or man-made disaster, or unexpected incidents involving casualties and property damage.
