  • Mission Statement
    • To provide a comprehensive education, training, and leadership development program to transform Cadets into God-centered, competent and trustworthy public safety leaders.
  • Vision Statement
    • By the Grace of God, the PNPA by 2050 shall be a world class center of excellence in public safety education producing professional, community and service-oriented public safety leaders.
  • Thrust
    • The Cadetship Program of the PNPA shall be in consonance with the thrust of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology to develop professional, morally upright and dedicated public safety officers imbued with the values ​​of Justice, Integrity and Service. It shall instill to the cadets the three program outcomes of the BSPS curriculum which aim to develop professionalism, leadership, administration and governance skills.
  • Objectives
    • The Academy has the following objectives:
  1. Administer the Bachelor of Science in Public Safety (BSPS) Cadetship Program through relevant and quality instruction; and
  2. Conduct comprehensive research and extension services on public safety and related disciplines.

The Cadet Attachment Program Expected Outputs Awareness and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Chief of Police, the PNP organization and activities in the police station. Practice in police station technical writing – blotter and basic memos Documentation of police station community-affairs activities (CAD) participated-in Documentation of real-world police service conducted limited to basic assistance to complainants in the police stations, participation in meetings, but no involvement in actual operations Creative work (a poem, a vlog, a meme, a song that commemorates the learning in the police station immersion.)
