 The ideals of Justice, Integrity, and Service in All We Do are ingrained in all members of the PNP Academy family, not just the cadets. The PNPA PCOs, PNCOs, NUPs, and Faculty that oversee and instruct the Academy's cadets also serve as examples of these ideals.

Each Leader, from the Director of the PNPA to the Dean of Academics to the Commandant of the Cadets down the line, each Leader is committed to the goal of creating future leaders with an understanding of public safety leadership in order to serve the nation and the Filipino people.

ACCOUNTING OF PUPCs AND INSPECTIONS OF CUSTODIAL FACILITIES

On January 17, 2023, PCDT Herald Angelo Briton and PCDT Gio Parchamento conducted accounting of Persons Under Police Custody (PUPC) to ensure the actual numbers of PUPCwere intact. Inspections of detention facilities were also carried out to make sure that all padlocks, metal bars, and walls were in good shape and showed no signs of damage that may lead to a jailbreak. Additionally, this practice was carried out frequently with the intention of strengthening security measures to stop prisoner escape. The last step is to assess the inmates' current state to prevent human rights violations that can harm them.
