CADET CAPSTONE PROJECT

The cadets interviewed the personnel of the Cabanatuan City Police Station's administrative branch to learn more about how they operate as a unit. The cadet is able to understand how the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPRER) operates. The cadet also asks questions about the challenges they are experiencing at the station.

Every person in the area feels safer when a police officer in uniform is patrolling. To a citizen, a police officer's presence deters criminals from committing crimes. Police officers perform their duties and provide their services day and night to guarantee that the community is secure and safe to live in.

On January 20, 2023, the PNP Provincial Crime Laboratory assisted with a surprise drug test for every member of the Cabanatuan City Police Station. This is in line with the Intensified Cleanliness Policy of the Philippine National Police. Showing the PNP's commitment to cleansing the organization. It demonstrates that police officers who enforce the law are morally upright and abstain from drug use. Those who test positive could face consequences for breaking RA 9165 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002, including termination from the service.
