The cadet is able to understand how the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPRER) operates. The cadet also asks questions about the challenges they are experiencing at the station.

City Ordinance Checkpoint

PCDT Briton and PCDT Parchamento joined and observed the PNP checkpoint conducted by SWAT personnel of Cabanatuan City Police Station and Gen Tinio Extension, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, to enforce the "Anti-Muffler" city ordinance. According to TopGear Philippines, "Loud cars can be fun, but at the same time, there's a proper time and place to show them off." By upholding the ordinance that will keep the City peaceful, the Cabanatuan City Police Station is guaranteed to maintain the city's discipline and order. The Checkpoint also carries out anti-crime operations so that the community can feel secure in the presence of the police. By Rule 11. Observations in Police Visibility

On January 23, 2023, Cabanatuan City Police Station Beat Patroller headed by PLTCOL ALVIAR together with PCDT Briton and PCDT Parchamento conducted Police Visibility at Cabanatuan City Terminal, SM City Cabanatuan, and in front of NE Pacific Mall as part of the CPNP's Program known as Caring Order Peace to Prosperity. The action aims to boost the PNP's anti-crime campaign and increase community and commercial establishment safety and security. The presence of police in the community gives a sense of security. Every person in the area feels safer when a police officer in uniform is patrolling. To a citizen, a police officer's presence deters criminals from committing crimes. Police officers perform their duties and provide their services day and night to guarantee that the community is secure and safe to live in.

Yes to Internal Cleansing!

On January 20, 2023, the PNP Provincial Crime Laboratory assisted with a surprise drug test for every member of the Cabanatuan City Police Station. This is in line with the Intensified Cleanliness Policy of the Philippine National Police. Showing the PNP's commitment to cleansing the organization. It demonstrates that police officers who enforce the law are morally upright and abstain from drug use. Those who test positive could face consequences for breaking RA 9165 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002, including termination from the service.
